Ordered an arrangement but the one that arrived only a few blooms with a bunch of cheap filler. I complained, and new flowers were delivered, but they made a point of taking the original arrangement back and telling the recipient "the sender of the flowers wasn't satisfied", making a bad situation even more awkward.
Surprise my wife, I wanted too. No, these unprofessionals decided to call her work, Instead of calling me. Then the "whole" flower arrangement was wrong. Excuse I get, We are only human.
