This place saved my life! After a long morning of calling all over town trying to find some sunflowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary, the wonderful woman who answered the phone said that they were out of stock (shoot!) but that she would be willing to cut some from her personal garden (yay!)
I have used Aletha's Florist for nearly 30 years. They have never missed the mark. I call and describe the need for the flowers and the details around the event, they do the rest. The flowers were not fresh.. After spending nearly $100.00 I was very disappointed. Have emailed them and so far no response..will give them until 3 o clock before I make a phone call...I received a return phone call..they wanted to see the flowers..I sent them photos and they replied with return them and we will replace them...I did not want to take a chance on another no so fresh bouquet.. And asked for a refund...which they said they would give me after I returned the flowers..is this a normal practice?? I am 25 miles away? So not only do I have to take away what was suppose to be a surprise gift from a loved one I have to deliver them back to the florist in order to get my money back..what are they gonna do re sell them??? This is no way to conduct business.. I looked at a bouquet on Friday in their display case ..the flowers were delivered on a Tuesday..I am guessing these were the same flowers! Be very specific if you are dealing with this establishment.
