Awesome place. Have made special trips to the Marietta area just to go to this shop. Corey has done two for me and 1 for my wife and they all came out amazing. The shop is very clean and has a TV for people waiting. Will be heading back shortly for a third one.
Walked into the shop interested in the art gallery they advertise and also with the intention to look for a potential tattoo artist today. It was extremely uncomfortable while I was in there. The two employees sitting in there welcomed us with a nasty look and when I asked to see a book of either art or tattoos they simply scoffed at me. When I asked to see one they didn't even try to help in any way, they were content sitting on the couch talking between themselves and seemed annoyed that I had interrupted them. There was no art gallery at all, and the place was dead. I was interested in potentially spending my money there but after this experience I have no interest in doing so, I will be sure to tell anyone I know interested in tattoos to avoid them as it seems they are not concerned about customer service. Perhaps be polite to people who walk into your shop if you want to stay open, you need the business, look at River City Tattoo's empty store across the street for motivation next time.
This is such a nice, clean shop. I've worked with both Cory and Mike. Both artists are very professional and very committed to creating a unique piece you'll love. The shading, lines, and colors I have seen them do on myself and others are amazing. For unique, high quality work in a REALLY NICE setting, definitely go to The Painted Sparrow.

Everyone seemed chill and laid back my kinda gig. Getting my tat tomorrow. It was clean, good music. And Mike seems straight up. Most the other reviews are most likely from weak minded people who get hurt easily
