Peaceful, nature trail and a quiet place to walk and enjoy without road noise and in the morning it's not busy with people. Plus they have a Sunset Yoga session at the gazebo.
Great place to work out and take the dogs hiking... Also a great place for a nice nature hike for a slower pace adventure. There is also disc golf available but I'm not sure the specifics of that.
