I called the library to ask someone only one simple question! I was treated so rudely! I was calling to see if there were anymore solar eclipse glasses and I lonly got out "Hello I was" and he started talking rudely saying "NO WE DO NOT HAVE ANYMORE OF THOSE GLASSES!" And hung up on me!

Great library in every aspect. Huge selection of books and magazines. As well as movies, Blu-ray included. Plenty of computers. A wonderful children's floor. Clean bathrooms. Excellent employees. Free family entertainment offered almost daily. Definitely my go to library of choice.
Today I went into the WCPL for the first time. I am a member of both library consortiums in my home state. With this library being within an hour drive of my home, I decided to get a card here as they have many options for digital downloading. When I walked in, I was greeted by a lady at the desk and told her I wanted to get a card. She was beyond happy to help. The process was painless and she sent me off with a verbal map in my head. I'm excited to use this extended set of resources and will likely utilize physical materials as well. And the lady at the desk and I both wore our feather necklaces today. Made me smile!
