We have always had excellent customer service for the 17 years we've been in business.

I have had a difficult time working with the employees at Schwendeman. When I call, they are always busy and the secretary tells me they will return my call. Eventually, I have to call THEM back. Also they do not email you in a timely manner within the time frame they suggest. Good luck if you have questions.
