I had to put one star to be able to review, however I would put this store at VERY POOR. Customer service is very poor, I was ripped off, I also showed up for an appointment once and they were closed, but hours of operation were supposedly open. They didn't have the decency to call and cancel my appointment that I drove 25 minuts to. They don't sterilize or sanitize combs, scissors, etc. Save your money and go to real professionals where you won't have to go have someone else fix their chop job and where you will be treated with great customer service. Don't let them use the "I'm sorry we can't do anything due to corporate. " I just spoke with their "corporate" who was very unhappy they are using this as try are a franchise. I filed a report with the better business Bureau, I also called the health department and I am not stopping there. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else. It's Fiesta is beyond terrible!

Was there for two hours then when they finally got ready to do my hair. Erica the dark haired older women was complaining that didnt have time. This was at 5:30 and they didnt close till 8 mind you I was already there for 2 hours.
I have never wanted to cry about a haircut until now. The girl that cut my hair was terrible. She must have been new, but that's no excuse. She hardly said 5 words to me, and she had to have the other girl come over several times to fix my hair. The picture I showed her and what my hair actually looks like look absolutely nothing alike. She ended up doing some sort of bob with several short layers while the picture was straight with one layer almost the same length as the hair. I didn't want to tell the girl I wasn't pleased because I didn't want her to butcher it even more. DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of $30. I've always had a nice experience until today. Learn from my mistake and don't step foot in this place.
It was a good haircut for me .
