AT&T retail store in Marietta Ohio is the worst AT&T store I have ever been in. Terrible customer service and every time I go in I walk out without my problem solved. My family and I have had AT&T for years. When I come to Ohio My coverage is also very spotty. Loosing service often and areas not covered at all. Very unhappy with the local store.
I am due for an upgrade on my phone wanted an i7 plus I called to see if they had any in stock they said they can't tell me over the phone?!?! "BIG SECRET"!!! It's an hr drive to the store. I've never heard of any retailer saying that to anyone!!!
horrible experience and treatment just because I walked in with my service dog! Was asked to show my dog's certification and my medical prescription!! Which I have both always with me. Clerk wouldn't let me walk pass the door, I wasn't allowed to shop or ask about my current plan. Very sad, sad experience for such a little dog!
