Wonderful caring staff! They make you feel comfortable, and treat you like family! The cookies are awesome!
After finding this out and realizing the reason why was costing me so much is because they didn’t take my insurance, Basically I was paying for everything upfront and then my dental insurance would only reimburse me half because the office doesn’t except insurance therefore everything’s out of network with them.the front office was very rude when I asked for my records to be transferred to a new office. They didnt like the fact that I wanted to leave but at the same time it was costing me $400 for cleaning, and a couple thousand for a few fillings which I don’t have that kind of money and that’s why I pay for dental Insurance !
Dr. Stanley herself would get 5 stars, she’s always nice and professional. She’s also kind and helps take away anxiety. The hygienist are also kind and caring.
The issue I have lies with the fact that they don’t take insurance, but will bill Insurance as a convenience to their patients. However, they do not tell you this until after you had the procedure done instead of telling you upfront that you’re going to owe. I honestly don’t know what they would do if a customer didn’t have the money to pay. I’ve never been to a dentist office that didn’t tell me upfront how much it was going to cost me!
I had 2 fillings and a root cap done. I watched HGTV on the ceiling mounted tv and before you knew it it was over. I didn't feel a thing and Dr. Starkey was very professional. When I first showed up the waiting room was completely full so I figured I was in for a wait. One by one the whole waiting room was cleared out within 2 minutes. I was amazed. Their scheduling system is also very convenient. I received email and text reminders before my appointment.
Dr. McCarthy and Dr. Seago. They’re both exceptional Dentists. They care about their patient’s comfort and are amazing at everything they do!! They change lives for the better and they do that because they care!!!!!
They are very friendly. They do an excellent job. And I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this dental group.
