I drive the extra distance from Athens, OH and will continue to because of the positive experience I've had at the Marietta location. They have a nice selection of cars, extremely helpful staff (shout out to Ryan Patterson, he's great) with convenient hours and location. I definitely recommend renting cars here.

Although I have not given up on Enterprise....mainly because they are (for the most part) very friendly, reasonably priced and have good vehicles. I have experienced concerns....I reserved a vehicle several weeks in advance, called ahead to verify. In turn the pick up date was changed to the wrong day. It was corrected rapidly. I don't know if their detail person smokes, but the unit did have a little smoke odor, as well that several times I have rented the " oil change due" indicator light has been activated (which you have to acknowledge every time you start the vehicle). The individual starting my contract, same ending, needed further training. Asking for assistance several times. When showing concern about the warning indicator and the odor of the unit, I was politely given an ultimatum to take the unit or forget the contract. I withheld names, hopefully this comment will make a little difference. Again Enterprise is convenient,good units, and reasonably priced.
I have rented many times from the Marietta, Ohio Enterprise location and they have always made this an easy experience. My most recent rental had one little hitch but was immediately handled in a manner that was 100% acceptable to me as the consumer. I highly recommend Enterprise as a wonderful business to work with!

I have rented quite often with Marietta Ohio Enterprise and it has always been a good experience. If there was an issue with a car, they have always made it right. The staff is always friendly and they greet me by name. Highly recommend Enterprise in Marietta!
The staff at the Marietta Ohio office is amazing. When I called to make the rental I spoke with Wesley the manager. He was very friendly and patient in answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in anyway. The driver who picked us up at our house was also friendly. He was a good and cautious driver too. When we arrived at the Marietta office everyone was polite and helpful. We finally met Wesley and he was as as friendly and helpful as he had been on the phone. We were able to get on the road in less than 30 minutes considering there were 2 customers ahead of us when we arrived. The service was Outstanding and when we need to rent a car again we will be coming here.
