Worst experience buying a vehicle I've ever had. Had to make two trips to redo paperwork and after that was completed they still haven't paid off one of our trade ins an it has been almost a month. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.
The guys at Herrington were very helpful and honest about all the vehicles on their lot that I looked at. There wasn't a lot of haggling because they already had their vehicles priced well below market value. Priced to sell not to haggle. They didn't make me feel pressured and we got to take our time making a decision. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.

If I could give a negative star I would. This is the crappiest customer serivce I have ever received I am an out of towner and I was inquiring about a jeep. They pulled my credit went through the process then sold it out from under me. Then when I called to get more information, they told me that they couldn't speak to me because he was "Walking out the door". He couldn't even tell me what bank "approved me with a little bit more money down" Biggest sack of crap
