It's Tim Hortons. Good coffee. Good price. Quick service. Just what you'd expect at Tim's.
OK for a quick breakfast, but definitely not the experience I recall from years past. I used to visit this place regularly when I lived in the area, but since moving South I only stop by when I happen to be in the area. It has now turned into an annual visit which is becoming less satisfying with each visit. I hope they improve the food quality. I have many fond memories of this place and would like to see it stay around.
It's been a long time since I stopped for coffee at the Marietta Tim Hortons. I hope today was not their usual way of handling a long line. Appeared to be WAY too much visiting and joking and not enough organization to take, fill and hand out orders. Complete strangers in line were making comments to each other, quietly. Again, hoping they're having an 'off' Saturday morning.

It’s Tuesday 7:30pm, Dec, 19, 2017. So I went in for coffee. I ordered medium coffee while waiting for my friends to come. Before my friends came I finished drinking coffee. So I went asked for refill and everyone went back off the counter into the back..including the manager. I called one of the cashier, she said I can’t refill..than she reported another cashier and finally told the manager..and eventually the manager said no refill. And that’s okay, but their service is very very poor..and communication with customers are bad..It doesn’t deserve one star at all too. This was not my first experience. One day, I ordered milk shack and instead gave me ice tea. On one occasion, I went in and ordered bagels and told one cashier to toast ..waited for 15mins...every who came after me got their orders..and I didn’t. Finally, I asked the cashier and she told me..oh sorry, I’m going to make it now... it’s not good experience. I would recommend people not to go to Tim Hortons in Marietta Ohio... look at what people are saying on the comments and decide for yourself.
