Very slow service at drive thru, ATM doesn't work a lot of the time, but most of all we are sick of being charged for 'free senior checking'. Have to take statements in & have teller reverse it. Hopefully next statement it's back on checking acct. shopping for another bank!
I've been to this atm three times in the last month and it was out if service with no alternatives.
